“Roborock Robot Arm Challenge” TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


  1. Agreement to Rules: By entering this Contest, You (the “Entrant”) agrees to abide by the Promoter’s Terms & Conditions (or “Rules”) and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Promoter reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Promoter’s sole discretion. By entering this Contest, You represents and warrants that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Terms & Conditions. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Promoter as final and binding as it relates to the content of the Contest.

  2. By submitting an entry, entrants warrant to the Promoter that:

  3. a. their entry complies with the Submission Criteria;

    b. they own all of the rights to the entry;

    c. They are at least the age of an adult in their jurisdiction (and at least 18) to participate in this challenge.

By entering a submission, you grant permission to the Promoter to use, reuse, copy, publish, display, exhibit, reproduce, and distribute the Materials in any educational or promotional materials or other forms of media without notifying me. Participants agree to be identified by name in any material and are participating on a voluntary basis and understand they will not be compensated in any way for the Materials. Fraudulent methods of entry or circumventing the rules may result in the Promoter invalidating entries and removing entrants.

Rights Granted by You: By submitting an entry (e.g., text, video, photo, etc.) into the Promoter’s Contest, You understand and agree that the Promoter, any individual acting on the Promoter’s behalf, and the licensees successors, and assigns of the Promoter shall, where permitted by law, have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media known now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide, and without limitation, your submission, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Promoter’s Contest, and your biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, information, and public relations without any further notice, review, consent, compensation, or remuneration.

  6. Entrants acknowledge that any use of their entry by the Promoter during the Promotional Period does not constitute endorsement of their entry or guarantee that their entry will be shortlisted or will win a prize.

  7. Entries must be original work and not violate anyone’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. You shall defend or settle against such claims at your sole expense, and You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Promoter from any suit as a result of infringing on anyone’s proprietary or intellectual property rights.Further, entrants agree that ownership of any intellectual property rights in their entry, is assigned to the Promoter without the payment of any further fee or compensation.

  11. Prizes will be awarded based on the number of LIKES your video receives on the forum.

  12. Notification of winner and verification of entrant

  13. Winners will be announced directly under the Challenge forum post. Winners should send an email to officialstore@roborock.com (For North America) or store-de@roborock.com (For Europe) with their name, delivery address, and phone number to claim their prize. This information will only be used for prize delivery purposes and will not be stored in our database.

  14. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant whom the promoter believes either has tampered with the entry process, or has submitted an entry otherwise than in accordance with these conditions of entry.

  15. The Promoter is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk massage.

  16. If a winner does not claim the prize by 12:00am UTC on October 30, 2025 following the winner being notified on Oct 20, 2025, or is otherwise disqualified from the challenge, the Promoter may assign the prize to the entry judged the next highest-ranked eligible entry in the Challenge, or withdraw the prize, and the winner will forfeit any and all rights in and to the prizes. IF THE WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE RULES, THE WINNER (AT THE PROMOTER’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

  17. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late or misdirected entries or other communications. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches or viruses. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.

  18. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their sole discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.

  19. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any harm, illness, or injuries caused by the use of the prize.

  20. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

  22. Any costs associated with entering this challenge are the responsibility of the entrant.

  23. Tax Compliance for Cash and Gift Card Prizes:For U.S. Tax Residents: Winners must submit Form W-9 to claim the prize. Prizes valued over $600 will be reported to the IRS as "Other Income" on Form 1099-MISC. You are responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes upon receipt. For Non-U.S. Tax Residents: Winners must submit a valid Form W-8BEN with tax residency proof. 30% U.S. federal tax will be withheld from the prize value. A Form 1042-S will document the withholding for your tax filing.

  24. We will collect your comments, name, delivery address and phone number solely to fulfill our contractual obligations to you for the purposes of the campaign, including selecting winners, publishing selected works and distributing prizes. We will also use your nickname and winning works for campaign promotion based on legitimate interests. Please note that your nickname or work may contain personal information of you or others. You must ensure that you have obtained the consent of others in accordance with applicable law before submitting the information. If you have any privacy concerns, you can contact us at any time.

  25. In its sole discretion, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any and all Contest should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of Contest. The Promoter, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the Winner based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Promoter. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified by the Promoter in its sole discretion. In its sole discretion, the Promoter has the right to maintain the integrity of Contests, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: Multiple entries from the same user; multiple entries from the same computer beyond the number allowed by the Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Attempts by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of any or all Contests may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. If any such attempt is made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  26. THE PROMOTER’S CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, USA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than entrants’ actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering Promoter’s Contest. The entrants waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Social Media Channel-Specific Rules: The Promoter’s Contest hosted by Roborock Technology Co. and its affiliates is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party social media platforms, including without limitation to Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.

  28. By participating in the Promoter’s Contest, You, the Entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Terms & Conditions.
